(英) To apply Ai-Mg-Si based alloys to automotive body panels, tensile properties have been investigated using acoustic emission(AE) method. Results obtained are as follows. AE activity during tensile test due to notched specimen depended on the cooling rate after solution treatment(540℃, 1 h). The reduction in area of specimen air-cooled gave minimum value of 32 % and the AE events generated during tensile test were much more in the specimen. (日) Ai-Mg-Si系合金のベークハード材の引張試験を行い,塑性変形時と最終破壊時のAE挙動の違いを検討し,AE波形解析により,引張変形時における動的変形および破壊挙動を調査した.
