(英) Fe3Al was fabricated from Fe grinding swarf and aluminum can tip, Fe grinding swarf and aluminum powder, iron powder and aluminum powder by powder metallurgical process. Mechanical alloying method and pulsed electric current sintering(PECS) were effective to form intermetallic compound. Their powder materials were milled using mechanical alloying method, and were subsequently sintered at 1373K under 40 MPa for 1200s by PECS. Relation between the microstructure and mechanical property was investigated. (日) 研削屑とアルミ缶粉および試薬粉末を用い,メカニカルアロイング法で微細混合し,得られた粉末をパルス通電焼結法により固化形成することでFe3Alの作製を試みた.試薬粉末で作製した試料と同等レベルの機械的特性を持つ試料を作製するため,様々な条件で焼結し,その特性を比較した.
