To train the applicability of Hydraulics to real problems by the exercises in each topic. (日) 河川，海岸，港湾，上下水道の計画·設計の基礎となる水理学のうち，静水力学と完全流体の流れに関する基本事項を講義する．演習では講義内容に沿った例題を与え，実際の問題への応用力を養成する．
